One of the most special things about giving a handcrafted card is that it’s truly one of a kind—nothing like what you’d find on a store shelf. From the design to the details, each card reflects creativity and care. This Double Tower Card is a perfect example, featuring two eye-catching towers that instantly draw attention. Each tower is built with layered elements, adding dimension, texture, and a wonderfully unique look.

Aren’t these towers fun? The ½” folded strips create a charming ladder effect that can be left simple or dressed up with snippets of Designer Series Paper. For this card, I used Strawberry Slush and Darling Duckling cardstock paired with Florals in Bloom 12” x 12” Designer Series Paper. The stamped images come from the A Round of Hellos Bundle, using Darling Duckling, Granny Apple Green, Timid Tiger, and Strawberry Slush inks. I layered the focal images with a 2” circle punch and a 2⅜” circle punch, then finished everything off with a few embellishments for a sweet, polished look.

CUTTING/SCORING MEASUREMENTS
BASE: (Strawberry Slush) 5 1/2″x8 1/2″, score at 1″, 2″ and 3″, rotate and score the same on the opposite end. Cut at each 1/2″ mark to create towers. **refer to video
FRONT CENTER: (Darling Duckling) 2 1/4″x5 1/4″; (DSP) 2″x5″
BACK CENTER: (Basic White) 2 1/4″x5 1/4″
SIDE PANELS: (Darling Duckling) 3/4″x5 1/4″ (x4); (DSP) 5/8″x5 1/8″ (x4)
OPTIONAL TOWER PIECES: 7/8″x3/8″ (x12)

This next sample has a modern, clean feel that I absolutely love. The base is Secret Sea, layered with Daffodil Delight and Boho Vibes Designer Series Paper. The real star here is the Pop Up Petals Bundle, which I used to create the adorable potted daisies. A few Moody Palette Glossy Dots add the perfect finishing touch, and a bit of Clear Wink of Stella gives the flowers and vase a subtle shimmer.

If you’ve followed my tutorials, you already know how much I adore the Cutest Crew Bundle—it’s perfect for adding a touch of whimsy! For this card, I paired a Lost Lagoon base with Timeless Plaid 6” x 6” Designer Series Paper. The Everyday Plaid 3D Embossing Folder adds wonderful texture to the front panel. I used my circle punches again to frame a playful scene of puppies and kittens, all colored with Stampin’ Blends. To carry that fun theme through, I added tiny paw prints to the back along with the sentiment. It’s such a sweet and joyful design!

I just know you’re going to love creating this Double Tower Card for someone special. It’s a fun fold that’s as enjoyable to make as it is to give!

Happy Crafting!
