I get so excited when Stampin’ Up comes out with a fun bundle and then comes out with additional offerings that build on it. This Sweet Jar Bundle is a great set that covers lots of holidays, vibes, occasions and it got even sweeter when I discovered there’s a coordinating Christmas stamp set called Jar of Joy. This makes this bundle carry on all year so you’re sure to use it again and again! Think shaker cards too…how fun is that!

I decided to make a more gender neutral birthday card for this one because I never have enough of them. I used Mossy Meadow for the base and layered it with Timid Tiger and Basic White. The Floral Charms 12×12 DSP perfectly coordinates. The spotlight on this card is the fun arch (Everyday Arches Dies) layered with the birthday jars. The Sweet Jar Stamp Set has two different candle stamps so you can layer them together to create a candle grouping. There are also flames and sparks stamps to add all the fire you want. I added my Basic White panel to the back – you can add as many as you wish. I finished off this card by adding some ’25-’27 In-Color Flat Pearls and twine. I really love this card!

Here’s what you need to know to create this fun fold card.

CUTTING/SCORING
Base: (Mossy Meadow) 4 1/4″x 11″, scored at 2 3/4″, 5 1/2″ and 8 1/4″ (Fold into a “w” shape with the valley in the middle.
CARDSTOCK LAYERS: (Timid Tiger) 2 5/8″x 4 1/8″ (x4)
DSP: (Floral Charms) 2 1/2″x4″ (x4) *2 each of 2 patterns
FRONT MECHANISM: (Mossy Meadow) 7 1/2″x1″, scored at 1″, 3″, and 4 1/2″
BACK: (Basic White) 2 1/2″x 4″ *optional layer 1 5/8″x 4 1/8″

How fun is this one! I used the Just a Note Bundle to create the fun clipboard on the front. Those dies!! The base is Misty Moonlight layered with Fresh Freesia. I used the Floral Impressions 12×12 DSP as well. I used Crumb Cake cardstock to make the clipboard. The clip is die cut with Flower Garden Specialty DSP. Since the card folds in a way that doesn’t hinder things that hang off the center fold, I added a die cut binder clip on the back. That’s unique! You really don’t need embellishments on this card since there are all those fun dies to cut out instead – like the arrows, stars, hearts and paper clips. This set makes great teacher appreciation cards as well as graduation, student achievement and back-to-school.

This is the card that inspired me to create this video. I needed two pretty birthday cards for twin girls. This card so is sweet. The base is Soft Sea Foam layered with Basic White and Wildflower Birthday 12×12 DSP. I used the stamps and dies from the Birthday Celebrations Bundle (sadly retiring soon). The laser cut images in the DSP paper pack did most of the work for me! I only stamped the back. One panel has a K on it – I used the new Party Dies Bundle and cut that out with Glimmer Paper. I love love love how this card came out!

Which one is you fave? How will you make yours? I hope you find this one as enjoyable to create as I do.

Happy Crafting.
